Omarchy meetups land in Green Bay and Vancouver on October 6
Two community meetups are on the Omarchy calendar for Tuesday: Green Bay at The Depot from 6:30 PM, and Vancouver at DCTRL from 5:30 PM. Organizers speak for themselves, not for Omarchy.
Tuesday, October 6, 2026 is the next day with Omarchy meetups on the public calendar. The listing at omarchy.org/meetups shows Omarchy Meetup – Green Bay at 6:30 PM and Omarchy Vancouver at 5:30 PM, both local time. The page is explicit that these are community events: organizers speak for themselves, not for Omarchy or the Omacom Foundation, and “Omarchy Meetup” is not an official endorsement.
Green Bay is hosted by Jon Kinney at The Depot Green Bay, 200 Dousman St, Green Bay, WI 54303. Luma puts the start at 6:30 PM and the end at 9:30 PM, America/Chicago. The description says to come learn about Omarchy’s latest updates in v4, also called Quattro, and stay for some Quattro Formaggi pizza. When this was checked, four people were marked going, including Chris Schmitz and Juliano January. The event page is luma.com/eoxdjbog.
Vancouver is hosted by Eric Chennells at DCTRL, 328 W Hastings St, Vancouver, BC V6B 0P7. Luma puts the start at 5:30 PM and the end at 8:30 PM, Pacific time. The blurb quotes the line on the box, “Beautiful, fun, agentic Linux,” and says the meetup is to discuss whether Omarchy lives up to that and whether it is a goal everyone shares. The first format is open: bring a laptop, demo a setup. Anyone who wants to present can email eric@yvrbtclabs.dev or use Contact the Host on Luma. Thirteen people were marked going when this was checked. The event page is luma.com/ncar2zld.
Later October dates are already on the same calendar, including Baku and Austin on October 9, but those are separate events. Green Bay and Vancouver are the two that fall on October 6.
