MS-06 theme brings Char’s Zaku colours to Omarchy
A new Omarchy theme inspired by Char Aznable’s Zaku from Mobile Suit Gundam, in maroon and magenta, is waiting in an open pull request for the omarchy.org theme gallery.
Gundam fans have a new Omarchy theme to try. Pull request #517 on the omarchy.org site repository, opened by androreturnal on October 6, 2026, adds MS-06 to the website’s theme gallery. The PR describes it as “Char’s Zaku maroon/magenta.”
MS-06 is the model number of the Zaku II, and Char Aznable’s red Zaku is one of the best-known machines in Mobile Suit Gundam. The theme’s own description reads “Char’s Zaku maroon / magenta, matched to the Omarchy desktop.”
According to its theme repository, MS-06 is a dark theme. It pairs a near-black background (#07060e) with a pale pink foreground (#f8ebf3) and a muted mauve accent (#a26695), with magenta, rose and peach tones across the rest of the palette.
The PR lists the full package: a colors.toml with 30 palette keys, an icon theme setting, theme metadata, a preview image and a set of 23 JPG wallpapers.
The pull request was still open and unmerged at the time of writing, so MS-06 does not appear on the omarchy.org themes page yet.
