Pull request 512 would list Tokyo Day on the Omarchy themes page. The theme itself is already on GitHub: near-black text, a blue accent, and a soft blue-gray background, tested on Omarchy 4.0.4.

Pull request 512 on omacom/omarchy-site, opened by lexeko on October 4, 2026, would add Tokyo Day to the community themes directory. It is still open. The site change is five lines in two files: a 1200×675 WebP screenshot and a figure placed just before Tokyo Night OLED, linking to the theme repo.

The theme is a light companion to Tokyo Night. The README describes near-black text, blue accents, and soft blue-gray backgrounds. colors.toml sets mode to light, background to #e9ecf5, foreground to #080808, and accent to #3760bf, which is also the blue and the Hyprland active border. The inactive border is #929db8. The author says it was tested on Omarchy 4.0.4.

Omarchy applies the theme to the shell, terminals, and supported apps. Tokyo Day ships colors for VS Code, Obsidian, T3 Code, Helix, btop, Claude Code, and Pi, plus a matching tint for Chromium-based browsers. Obsidian needs the Omarchy appearance selected once per vault. T3 Code needs Omarchy selected in the app’s own theme settings.

Install is omarchy theme install https://github.com/lexeko/omarchy-tokyo-day-theme, then omarchy theme set tokyo-day, or pick Tokyo Day in the theme picker. The wallpaper is a daytime adaptation of Tokyo Night’s winding-road image, and the README says it was made with image generation. Theme files are MIT-licensed and credited to Omarchy’s Tokyo Night theme and app templates. Until the pull request merges, Tokyo Day is a repo and an open listing, not a theme already on omarchy.org/themes.
