SpaceXAI becomes a Founding Corporate Patron of Omarchy with $1.5 million in Grok tokens
The Omacom Foundation’s newest Founding Corporate Patron is paying in tokens, not cash: $1.5 million worth of Grok to power Omarchy’s review bots and every team working on the project.
SpaceXAI is joining the Omacom Foundation as a Founding Corporate Patron, DHH announced on omarchy.org on October 8, 2026. The pledge is $1.5 million in Grok tokens, set aside for the maintenance and development of Omarchy.
The first job for those tokens is the pull request queue. According to the announcement, Grok 4.7 and later models will help power Omarchy’s automated agents, such as Omabot, which reviews incoming PRs. DHH says the project is closing in on 7,000 pull requests from more than 550 contributors, and that every one of them “deserves a proper look.”
It isn’t only for the bots. DHH writes that every Omarchy team will be able to use the tokens, whether they’re hunting bugs, polishing themes, porting to new hardware or chasing the next big idea.
SpaceXAI joins Meta Superintelligence Labs, DigitalOcean and Alibaba Cloud in the Founding Corporate Patron tier. With this pledge, the foundation puts its total backing at approximately $23.2 million, which DHH calls “not bad for a project that started as a pile of dotfiles.”
DHH also had some fun with the space angle. On X, he wondered whether the tokens might “soon be beamed straight from orbit.” At the time of writing, that post had more than 10,800 likes and about 370,000 views.
For Omarchy users, the practical upshot is simple: more AI capacity for reviewing and fixing code should mean a faster path from pull request to release.
